Leasing Officer

Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing lease agreements, identifying potential sites to cope with the expansion plan of the Company, negotiating rental price, etc.
  • Work closely with all relevant parties for the design of new site and the whole renovation project
  • Review and process all documentation related such as administration on tenancy agreement review, and all other handover formalities, material preparation and completion
  • Plan and implement leasing strategy and annual business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and goal of the Company
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the Management

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in leasing, preferably with experience in handling renovation project  
  • Able to establish long term sustainable relationship with the landlords/ property agency
  • Sound knowledge on leasing practice and relevant regulations/ requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self–motivated, outgoing and open-minded
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer

  • At least 1 year working experience in sales or customer service 
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure

Main Duties & Responsibilities:           

  • Responsible for development and enhancement of loan related system
  • To participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery
